Sun Group attends meeting between General Secretary, President To Lam and Boeing in the US

As part of General Secretary and President To Lam’s working visit to the United States, Sun Group leaders attended a meeting with Boeing, opening up opportunities for strategic cooperation to strengthen Vietnam’s aviation capabilities, support sustainable development and promote Vietnam - US trade relations.

Within the framework of the working visit to the United States by the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and State President To Lam, alongside the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, Sun Group and Marriott International formally exchanged a document outlining their strategic cooperation direction on September 23 (local time) in New York City. The collaboration aims to introduce more premium hospitality brands to Vietnam, expand the horizons for MICE tourism, and elevate international destinations.

On September 23, as part of the official visit to the United States by General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm and the high-level Vietnamese delegation, Sun Group and Visa, a global leader in digital payments technology, officially established a comprehensive strategic partnership.

On the afternoon of September 22, after a long journey from the US, Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ first wide-body Airbus A330 landed at Phu Quoc International Airport, just 10 months after the airline began commercial operations.
