How to receive your FREE eSIM
Eligibility: All international tourists holding a foreign passport, aged 18 and above, arriving in Da Nang from August 12, 2025, until the end of the program, and possessing a mobile device that supports eSIM.
You can get your FREE eSIM in two ways
1. At Da Nang International Airport
Upon arrival, you can visit the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism Information Desks (Arrival Hall) to receive and activate your eSIM on-site.
2. Register online in advance
You can pre-register for your eSIM via the Sun Paradise Land app up to 72 hours before arriving in Vietnam, with 2 simple steps:

1. What is an eSIM? How is it different from a regular SIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone, no need for a physical SIM card. Simply scan a QR code or enter the activation code to start using your new number and plan instantly.

2. How to use an eSIM?
Make sure your device supports eSIM (search online to check your device model)
Register for an eSIM from a provider (e.g., Hi Vietnam, MobiFone)
Receive your QR code or activation code
Scan or manually enter the code to install the eSIM
Enable the eSIM in your phone’s mobile settings and use it as a regular SIM
3. Do I have to remove my current SIM to install the eSIM?
No. If your phone supports Dual SIM, you can keep your physical SIM and add the eSIM for internet or local calls.
4. Can I get my eSIM before arriving in Vietnam?
Yes. You can receive it online via the Hi Vietnam app up to 72 hours before entry. If not activated within 72 hours, it will be invalidated.
5. How do I activate my eSIM upon arrival in Vietnam?
Call 900 (free of charge) after arrival to complete activation and start using your data.
6. How long is my eSIM valid?
After activation, the eSIM is valid for 7 days in Vietnam. It works in Da Nang and all other cities covered by MobiFone. If you top up, the new validity will be Top-up package duration + 1 day.
7. What if I run out of free data?
Your eSIM includes 8GB of 5G data, valid for 24 hours. You can top up anytime via the Hi Vietnam app, with packages such as: HVN100, HVN150, HVN200, HVN300.
8. How do I redeem the offers?
Some offers apply automatically when booking in the Sun Paradise Land app (e.g., cable car tickets, lunch buffets, Ba Na By Night combos, beer combos, wine cellar tours, WOW Pass)
