According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, the city experienced a strong recovery in 2024, welcoming over 10.9 million visitors, including approximately 4.1 million international tourists, marking a 36.3% increase compared to the previous year. Building on this growth, Da Nang aims to attract more than 11.9 million visitors in 2025, with international arrivals projected to exceed 4.8 million.

One of the key factors driving this growth is the rapid expansion of international flight routes. Currently, Da Nang operates 16 regular international routes with a daily frequency of approximately 52 flights. In 2025, several new flight routes are scheduled to launch, enhancing Da Nang’s connectivity with major economic and tourism hubs worldwide.

Forecasts indicate that 6,682,229 international passengers will travel through Da Nang International Airport in 2025, an 8% increase from 2024 (according to AHT Company). From January, several airlines have already announced new routes to Da Nang, further facilitating international travel.
