Project to redevelop the park along both sides of the To Lich River
01.
The To Lich River has long been considered the lifeblood of the ancient Thang Long Imperial Citadel. However, due to urbanization, the river has suffered from pollution and landscape degradation for decades. In recent times, Hanoi has made concerted efforts to implement comprehensive projects and decisive measures—such as pollution treatment, riverbed dredging, and water replenishment—to revitalize the To Lich River. The project to renovate, landscape, and redevelop the parks along the banks of the To Lich River, entrusted to Sun Group, marks a pivotal turning point. It transforms the To Lich from a river in urgent need of "emergency care" into a vibrant destination—a world-class cultural and tourism space offering a diverse range of engaging experiences for both residents and visitors.
