Spanning 88.4 hectares with a total investment of approximately VND 82 trillion, the Bai Dat Do mixed-use urban development is centered along the APEC Boulevard. It is flanked by towers reaching up to 40 stories and integrates high-end hotels, shopping centers, and a seafront plaza. The project’s centerpiece is a cluster of 15 high-rise seafront hotel towers offering nearly 6,500 rooms, effectively creating a "hotel city" in the heart of Phu Quoc—Vietnam's "Pearl Island." This complex is expected to transform Bai Dat Do into a "second Sydney"—a world-class destination that retains a rich local identity. The site will host 13 high-end hotel brands owned by five of the world's most prestigious hospitality groups, including several luxury brands making their debut in Vietnam, such as SO, Conrad, and W Hotels.
