The first-ever Maison Kayser bakery is set to open at Ba Na Hills, Vietnam

18/03/2025
On March 14, at the breathtaking Sun World Ba Na Hills, Sun Group and Maison Eric Kayser Asie LTD – one of the world’s most celebrated French bakery brands – officially sealed a franchise agreement, setting the stage for a delightful fusion of Vietnamese hospitality and French culinary artistry.
SUN GROUP

Under this exclusive agreement, Sun Group has secured the rights to develop and operate the Maison Kayser brand across Vietnam. This means that Sun Group will be able to open and manage a network of Maison Kayser bakeries and bring the brand’s iconic bread and pastries to local connoisseurs and international travelers.

To ensure authenticity, Sun Group is committed to maintaining the highest standards in product quality, service excellence, and brand image. Every ingredient and piece of equipment used in production will be sourced exclusively from suppliers approved by Maison Kayser, ensuring that each loaf and pastry embodies the brand’s time-honored craftsmanship.

Maison Kayser, in turn, will provide Sun Group with its invaluable expertise, from traditional recipes and production techniques to hands-on training for key personnel. The brand will conduct regular quality inspections and offer support in sourcing premium ingredients, all while safeguarding its intellectual property.
