The arrival of Maison Kayser in Phu Quoc has stirred great excitement among food enthusiasts, who have eagerly awaited the moment when this “global culinary symbol” would set foot on one of the world’s three most beautiful islands. On its opening day, Eric Kayser Phu Quoc welcomed hundreds of guests who came to enjoy afternoon tea and taste the signature French pastries.

Lee Ji-ho, a Korean visitor shared: “I noticed the Eric Kayser sign as soon as I arrived in Phu Quoc and have been waiting for the opening to finally enjoy my favorite croissant. You know, it’s not easy to find a ‘slice of Paris’ when you’re traveling somewhere that’s not France, so I feel quite lucky.”

Eric Kayser is the brand’s signature concept, bringing the authentic Parisian spirit of Maison Kayser to diners around the world. What sets Eric Kayser apart is its use of the signature natural sourdough starter – a living yeast culture that is refreshed daily and fermented slowly for 12 hours. This process creates a thin, crisp crust and a light, mildly tangy flavor that is both digestible and good for health. Every loaf and pastry is handcrafted with patience, precision, and passion, while adhering to the philosophy of “Slow fermentation – Fast service.”

At Phu Quoc, visitors can savor Maison Kayser’s iconic creations such as Baguette, Croissant, Pain au chocolat, and Sourdough bread, each baked fresh on site every day. The menu also features premium desserts like Cookies, Brownies, Tarts, and French specialties such as Macaron and Canelé. A range of savory pastries and fresh sandwiches with fillings like tuna, ham, and cheese further enriches the dining experience.

Speaking at the grand opening ceremony, master Eric Kayser shared: “Phu Quoc – the jewel of Vietnam and one of the most beautiful islands in the world, is the perfect place for Maison Kayser to begin a new chapter, bringing the essence of French gastronomy to blend harmoniously with the island’s unique beauty and vibrant rhythm of life.

Located at the very heart of Sunset Town, Eric Kayser Phu Quoc impresses with its refined Mediterranean design overlooking Kiss Bridge – the island’s symbolic landmark and one of the most romantic sunset-viewing spots in Phu Quoc. Eric Kayser is not only a place for elegant brunch or coffee experiences but also a romantic rendezvous for those seeking one of the world’s most enchanting afternoon tea settings.

“I’ve tried Eric Kayser pastries in Bangkok and Singapore, but the experience here feels truly special. The recipes remain authentically French, yet enjoying them while watching the sun dip behind Kiss Bridge, surrounded by the romantic buildings of Sunset Town and its lively street performances – it’s far more charming than any other store I’ve visited before,” shared Sirikarn Wattanapong, a traveler from Thailand.
