APEC 2027

In 2027, Phu Quoc will become the focal point of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum. With its airport, seaport, modern resort and convention center system, and world-class tourism and entertainment projects, the "Pearl Island" is ready to transform this international event into an opportunity to elevate tourism, attract investment, and affirm its international standing.

In preparation for the APEC 2027 Summit, Phu Quoc is undertaking a series of important infrastructure projects, totaling 21 key projects with a total investment of over 137,000 billion VND. These projects aim not only to serve APEC activities but also to elevate Phu Quoc into an international tourism, conference, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) center, ready to welcome millions of tourists, delegates, and leaders from leading economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
