Beyond serving the local community and APEC 2027, the hospital also contributes to establishing a layer of "medical security" for tourists visiting Phu Quoc. Medical services will be connected directly from the airport to Sun Group's resorts and entertainment venues on the island, with a rapid response team and 24/7 emergency capabilities, ensuring the health and safety of tourists in all situations.

Located in the heart of An Thoi ward, adjacent to the key projects serving APEC 2027, Sun Group International Hospital spans 21,600 m² and focuses on developing nine main specialties: Outpatient Clinic; General Internal Medicine; General Surgery; Intensive Care and Toxicology; Diagnostic Imaging and Functional Examination; Anesthesia and Pain Management; Pediatrics and Vaccines; Pharmacy; and Laboratory, setting a new standard for high-quality healthcare on the island. This is the second hospital in Sun Healthcare's system of Sun Group, after Sun Hospital Hanoi. The project was invested in and constructed at a rapid pace in just 300 days.
