The road connecting Gia Binh Airport and Hanoi

On December 19th, the Hanoi People's Committee, in collaboration with Sun Group, commenced construction on a 13.55 km road connecting Gia Binh Airport to Hanoi, with a total investment of 32,970.23 billion VND.

The project includes the following main components: A newly constructed 7km long, 120m wide road section, with its starting point connecting to the road in Bac Ninh province and its end point at the intersection of the Hanoi-Lang Son Expressway and the Hanoi-Thai Nguyen Expressway/Ring Road 3; and a 6.55km wide section, widened to 120m, running parallel to the Hanoi-Thai Nguyen Expressway/Ring Road 3, connecting from section 1 to the intersection of the Tu Lien Bridge access road. The road is located in Thuan An, Phu Dong, Thu Lam, and Dong Anh communes (Hanoi City) and Tu Son and Phu Khe wards (Bac Ninh province).
In addition, the project will construct two direct access ramps from the Hanoi-Thai Nguyen Expressway/Ring Road 3 to the Tu Lien Bridge access road, each with 3 lanes, 14m wide, and 2.5km long, connecting Gia Binh Airport and Tu Lien Bridge.
